Eligibility
Open to U.S. residents age 18 or older. Parents, family members, friends, community supporters, and the general public may enter. Board members, employees, contractors, individuals involved in administering the raffle, and youth participants (players) are not eligible.

No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is required to enter or win. One free entry per person per raffle period is available by emailing secretary@fullcirclebasketballtx.com with the subject “Free Raffle Entry.” Free entries have equal odds of winning.

Raffle Period & Drawing
Each raffle runs monthly and closes on the day before the drawing. One winner is selected at random on the last Friday of the month.

Prize & Use of Funds
The winner receives 50% of total funds raised. The remaining 50% supports the Full Circle Access Fund for program costs, equipment, wellness services, and scholarships.

Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the information provided at entry. An alternate winner may be selected if no response is received.

General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to these rules and the decisions of Full Circle Basketball TX, which are final. Raffle entries are not tax-deductible. The organization reserves the right to modify or discontinue the raffle in accordance with applicable laws.
