Discover upcoming youth basketball events in DFW hosted by Full Circle Basketball TX.
From community gatherings to team nights out, we use basketball to connect families, build confidence, and inspire teamwork.
Full Circle Basketball TX was invited to participate in this year’s Toy Drive and Gifting Initiative through WorkOnMe, Inc. This was our first time taking part in a large-scale community gifting effort, and it was a meaningful experience for our growing nonprofit.
We’re thankful to WorkOnMe, Inc. for the invitation and for creating space for collaboration. Seeing families supported in real time and witnessing what’s possible when communities show up collectively left us encouraged and motivated to return next year with greater capacity and an even deeper commitment to community service.
To learn more about the broader impact of this initiative, you can view the WorkOnMe, Inc. event recap on Instagram.
We showed up to serve alongside other organizations, volunteers, and community leaders who are deeply committed to supporting families across the area. Being in that space, contributing where needed, and connecting with others doing this work was grounding and genuinely inspiring.
What stood out most was the collective nature of the initiative. It wasn’t about any one organization, but about many coming together with shared purpose. As a newer nonprofit, experiences like this help shape how we understand our role in the broader community and what’s possible when groups join forces.
2025 HOLIDAY SEASON
Full Circle Basketball TX athletes attended the Dallas Wings Winter Hoop Camp. Our players took part in a fast-paced, well-run camp that emphasized skill work and competitive play.
We’re grateful for the opportunity extended to our athletes and appreciate experiences like this that support their continued development.
One of the most meaningful moments for our athletes was meeting Tyasha Harris, Guard #52 for the Dallas Wings. Seeing a professional athlete up close helped make the work feel real and reachable.
We were proud to see one of our athletes recognized as Top Defensive Player, a reflection of consistent effort and attention to the details that matter. The camp flowed smoothly and supported the kind of development we value in our program.

Our community showed up in a big way for our Full Circle X Get Busy Tryouts. More than 30 youth athletes gathered for a high-energy evening of basketball and encouragement. The gym was alive as players showcased their skills, met our coaches, and experienced what it means to be part of Full Circle Basketball TX.
We are sincerely grateful to the local restaurants who came together to support this event. Prima’s Pizza & Pasta, Joe’s Pizza & Pasta, and Joe’s Pizza & Pasta (Bellaire Dr) generously sponsored pizza for all players, creating a true community moment of care and celebration. Studio Movie Grill also contributed a pair of movie passes for our free raffle, adding surprise and excitement to the night.
Events like this reflect the heart of our mission, bringing youth together through accessible pathways to growth, confidence, and belonging. These community rooted gatherings are a vital part of our youth basketball programs in Fort Worth and the wider DFW area.
Thank you to every athlete, parent, volunteer, and community partner who helped make this event meaningful. Our Winter Season begins January 4, and we are excited to welcome new athletes into the Full Circle family as we continue building youth basketball in DFW.

We also celebrated our Dallas Mavericks vs OKC Group Night at the American Airlines Center. These two incredible experiences brought families, players, and our basketball community together.
Stay tuned for our next event and follow us on Instagram for updates.
Our mission goes beyond the court. Through community events like Trunk or Treat and team outings, Full Circle Basketball TX teaches players that basketball is a tool for connection, leadership, and growth.
Whether it’s a fun night out or a volunteer opportunity, every event brings us closer, as a sisterhood, a brotherhood, and a family.
