LAST WEEK BEFORE SCHOOL
A structured basketball summer camp for athletes entering grades 4–8. Camp runs Monday through Friday throughout June and July from 9:00 AM–4:00 PM, blending skill work, gameplay, classroom learning, movement training, and guided reflection throughout the day.
Focused basketball training designed to build confidence, coordination, and game fundamentals.
Group discussions, film breakdowns, and classroom sessions that help athletes better understand the game.
Mobility work, body control, warm-up habits, and recovery based movement designed to support athletic development.
Athletes apply concepts through live play, competitive games, and decision-making situations.
Structured downtime for athletes to eat, hydrate, regroup, and recharge throughout the day.
Athletes take time to reflect, journal, and build awareness around effort, mindset, and personal growth.

All sessions are held at DFW Family Church in Irving, TX, providing a consistent indoor space for focused training, structure, and a reliable day-to-day environment for athletes.
